Refund Policy
In order to be considered, all cancellations or refund requests must be submitted to
Individual Coaching Programs – You can cancel your coaching program at any time, unless your individual coaching contract states otherwise. You must cancel your program in writing. At the time of cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund of the sessions you have not completed. Value of these sessions will be determined by establishing an average session cost, based on the total cost of the package divided by the number of sessions within the package. Refunds are not made for completed sessions.
Group Coaching Programs – You can cancel your group coaching program in writing no less than five business days before the start of the program. Cancellations received within this timeframe will be fully refunded. Cancellations received after this timeframe will not be refunded, but will be issued a credit (for unused sessions) which can be used on a future group or one-on-one coaching program.
Seminars, Workshops, Teleclasses - Registration is non-refundable, credit may be applied to future seminars, workshops, or teleclasess.
